WHISTLEBLOWER SYSTEMS & COMPLIANCE
The Whistleblower Protection Act has been in force since July 2, 2023 to protect whistleblowers.
For companies with more than 50 employees, an internal whistleblower system must be set up from July 2, 2023, although there is a transitional period for companies with fewer than 250 employees until December 17, 2023.
We operate the whistleblower system with personal availability and an online portal and act as a neutral person of trust between the whistleblower and your company.
